We loved staying at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, the facilities were great and we appreciated having access to parking. The location right by the highway made it easy to visit nearby cities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel was clean and comfortable; rooms were large and had nice views of the counryside. Carlo provided excellent and friendly service. We had dinner at the adjacent restaurant - the pizza was wonderful, best we had in Italy. Carlo gave us a tour of the restaurant pointing out the ancient columns and history of the building - it was charming.

The hotel is family owned and operated; the family is truly excellent at accomodating guests. They are very friendly and also speak English. The restuarant is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Umbria area. They also accomodate special requests for the included breakfast.

Had a romantic escape in a lovely small town filled with charming bars and restaurants. Enjoyed the beautiful views from the hotel room window and waking up to the incredible scenery. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, and the restaurant had delicious and satisfying meals.
The private parking was too small and not very accessible for wheelchairs or strollers. the lack of an elevator meant climbing up several flights of stairs to reach our room.

The family who own and run this hotel couldn't be nicer. Really helpful and, although late, very welcoming to their restaurant. Lovely pizzas. Very reasonable pricing. The gentleman who owned it also introduced us to the Roman remains, just at the foot of the hill, which are spectacular. He was very knowledgeable about the area and spoke excellent English. We would have been happy to stay longer if we could.
Nothing. All good.

Looking for a convenient stay that boasts gorgeous views and wonderful Italian hospitality? Look no further. Nestled in a charming town, this hotel's location near the highway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. the room and bathroom are clean and cozy, with the added bonus of a comfortable bed and mini-fridge. the staff is attentive and happy to assist guests with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast might not be elaborate, but the cozy dining room and wonderful coffee make for a great start to the day.
The stairs to some rooms may prove tricky for some guests.

Perfect hotel for a stop on the way to Calabria. Quiet place. We had a room with a wonderful view over the hills. Very friendly and helpful people and good restaurant in the hotel.
Breakfast could be made a lot better by adding fresh bread.

We were made to feel very welcome from check-in to check-out. The dinner on the panoramic terrace was also enjoyable. This is a beautifully and tastefully restored ancient building with all modern comforts. The very historic town centre is only one minute walk away and perfect for a stroll after dinner! This is a perfect stay between Rome and Florence or even for a few days vacation to explore the Umbria/Lazio regions.

the rooms featured modern amenities and comfortable beds. the staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay. the highlight of the hotel was the stunning outdoor terrace which offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding area and made for a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evenings.
The breakfast was very limited and missing some key items that we expected. the hotel was located quite far from any major attractions or towns, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area without a car.

Built around a 500-yr-old-convent. A beautiful view of the countryside. Very personable and helpful family-owned hotel and restaurant. I felt completely welcomed.
